Blew a tire near here a couple years ago due to a pothole the size of Rhode Island. Chris at the front desk was fantastic, got me back on the road quick. Been back a couple times now with repairs small and moderate, and He continues to be amazing on price, service, speed, and most of all: Customer Service! I now consider City Tire my "trusted local mechanics."

To the president of city tire, just want to thank you personally for your dedicated employees at city tire in Waterford Connecticut my Mustang “black Betty” has over 300,000 miles and yes it runs like a brand new car Thanks to John LaBrecque and his entire staff are hard-working dedicated and more importantly honest workers you’re lucky to have such a dedicated staff working for you I take my cars very seriously and I have loved every car that I’ve had this mustang is simply the best car I’ve ever owned I respectfully ask that when Christmas comes the boys at city tire in Waterford deserve a bonus. An idea for a new motto is city tire “honestly guaranteed” thank you so much

Andy took great care of me. Gave me a couple of choices on tires. I explained that I had to get my son at a certain time and he made sure my car was done well before that time. The waiting room is nice and comfortable too! Great service and a great price.

I came to you after we went to put air in my front tire and the valve broke off. I have been having some extremely bad luck with not only life but w my car the last month or so. I would personally like to thank the staff of Lodge who showed extreme compassion and helped me out .Your kindness won't be forgotten. Thank you so very much . Happy New Year
