Monday I purchased a set of new tires manager John was extremely knowledgeable honest and helpful and to Mike,Richard and all the employees at the Waterford Store thank you for taking care of Black Betty For the last 10 years my 2004 black Mustang with 338,000 miles she runs great because of your service and the most important thing City Tire should be proud of honest Dedicated employees and when Christmas comes around I hope that City Tire remembers The Waterford employees with a beautiful Christmas bonus 🤗👍

Yesterday I came out of Baystate Hospital after having infusions and discovered a flat tire on my truck. I called AAA and asked them to bring me to City Tire. The manager helped me out right away. Infusions leave me drained and sick. Not only did he help me out right away, he didn't charge me. Professional and kind treatment like that is few and far between these days. I want to thank him.
