I can't believe there aren't 1000 5-star reviews here! They're busy, and there is a reason—they do great work. Despite being busy, they still answer the phone without making you feel like you're interrupting, answer questions, and call you when they say they're going to call. Scott is amazing. Everyone I've ever dealt with there has been great. My only complaint is the location—it's nearly impossible to get out of their driveway, but honestly, the work is worth the consternation.

This is the only place I will buy tires. Decent prices and they stand behind their products. Highly recommend the Wilbraham facility.

I have continuously used City Tire in Keene for getting tires as well as general service and it is EXCELLENT! Customer service is great. Thank you City Tire!

This is my problem and compliments. It was a Friday I had a flat tire at 8 at night. My idea was to go to City Tire and see Chris because he always takes care of my car needs. On the next day Saturday morning my daughter had a car accident. I call City Tires Rick answer the phone he took care of my tire problem and got me on my way to the hospital quick.. I am very grateful Rick and the whole crew because they treat me like family and I appreciate that. In the beginning I said problem and compliment problem was my tire and the compliment is the nice crew that Chris has working for him there. There is no other place that I will go for my car it needs. If you have a car problem go to City tire.
