The people at Lodge Tire have saved me several times in the last year. After never having a flat tire in my life, I had two! One time on the morning of my daughters wedding and another in my way to work. Both times they took me right in and fixed the problem and saved the day for me. They are all professional and are reasonably priced. I’d never go anywhere else.
I’ve popped a lot of tires and I come here every time. Chris is so helpful and fast! Towed my car here Sunday and by Monday at 8 he called me saying it was ready! Even works with warrantees
I had a screwdriver stuck in my tire & brought my vehicle to City Tire, although it was 15 minutes before closing they kept it & promised to look at it on Monday. Bright & early Monday morning Chris called me to get everything set, he is without a doubt one of the BEST ever to deal with. So professional & customer service skills are superior. They took care of my vehicle, provided fantastic service & all without breaking the bank.. Hands down will ALWAYS recommend service here !!!
On the coldest day ever, 2/4/23, I had a wheel bearing replaced. As I waited, I watched the employees service multiple cars, many without appointments, from air in tires, flats, oil changes, new tires, etc. All customers were greeted warmly, the guys were running in out of the building as they serviced the cars and with rarely a complaint about the minus 20 degree temperature. I was there for awhile, and heard many compliments from the satisfied customers that had unexpected emergencies on this cold morning. I highly recommend City Tire.
Got to give these guys a big thank you particularly Mike Lapite for the great service and rescued our weekend trip We we’re traveling and blew out a tire not just a regular tire but a very rare tire but Mike would not be denied he found the tire and got it and got us back on the road quickly The service went above and beyond Thank you very much Mike and the rest of your team
