Great service last week, new brakes, oil change, rotate tires. George and Dan did a great job. I’ve been going to City Tire for years, I’m never disappointed.
On a Friday trip to Amherst, my brakes failed in front of the Mount Holyoke College main gate. I could stop the car if I didn't exceed 30 MPH, so I cautiously navigated the Notch with flashers. Friends led us to City Tire, where Rich took over. My car is a 2006 SAAB, so finding the necessary part was not easy. He called many places and ordered a part, which did not arrive until Monday. As soon as it did, his team went to work and had us on the road back to Boston by 3 PM, at an incredibly reasonable price. We understood why our friends recommended City Tire. Amazing service
