Mike and the guys at City Tire were so helpful I was in Chicopee for business and had tire trouble. They were able to accommodate me and got me on their schedule. 5 ⭐️service! I had a nail in my tire requiring patching. I contacted several area tire places— all were busy and could not accommodate me. I had an hour plus commute back to western MA and a busy weekend requiring me to drive several hours. I contacted City Tire on Memorial Drive in Chicopee & spoke with Mike. He immediately scheduled me the next morning. The front desk staff were friendly and very professional. The waiting room, bathrooms were extremely clean and up to date. A very pleasant experience at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
I had to drive to Bradley Airport early in the morning from Millbrook New York. It was cold this morning and my tire pressure monitor told me one of my tires needed air. On my way back from Bradley airport I stopped in Great Barrington and asked for help at City Tire. Without hesitating a moment the store owner pointed me to the garage door and said that Adam would take care of it which he did with a smile. Nice people, amazingly great service and they wouldn’t charge me anything!
Had a very positive experience. I was traveling in NH and had a drive train issue with our BMW. Contacted Dave, the manager who got us in and diagnosed very quickly. Would definitely use City Tire again if I run into problems.
